• Tickets for train trips can be bought on Mobilly app or on the website for the trips of the next 10 days.
• Tickets are valid only for the selected travel time, unless a day ticket “1 day – 1 trip” is purchased – these tickets can be used at any time on the selected date and route.
• When using a “1 day – 1 journey” ticket on enhanced comfort train routes, an additional surcharge will be required on the train, which can be paid to the conductor-controller.
• Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged for another time, route or day.
• Unlike the usual domestic train trips of Latvia, the train ticket must be presented in PDF format (in the application, from e-mail or in printed form) on LTG Link flights of the carrier, and it is also impossible to cancel these tickets.
• When purchasing the Riga unified ticket, you will receive 2 tickets – one for a train trip, one for Riga public transport trips. The train ticket is valid for the trip in the specified combination of stops, while the Rīga satiksme ticket must be activated for trips on the day of purchase or until the next day at 2:59 am. After the first activation of the Rīga satiksme ticket, the countdown of its validity will begin – 90 minutes.
